Technical Requirements

Minimum space of 5mtrs wide x 3mtrs deep for 3 piece or 7mtrs x 3 mtrs for four piece. Minimum of two independent 13 amp mains power sockets must be provided.

Outside venues (including Marquees) must provide complete storm cover, a raised platform for the band and equipment and BS approved power surge protection sockets.


Payment

We require full payment in cash on the night and reserve the right to ask for payment on arrival.


Cancellation fees

If the person or company booking cancels within one month of the gig, the following cancellation fees will apply: Up to one month 10% Within 1 Month = 50% of fee Within 1 Week = 75% of Fee One week or less = 100% of fee


Terms of Performance

Whilst we accept every booking as confirmed we can take no responsibility for any loss or damage either directly or indirectly as a result of our performance or non performance for any reason whatsoever and by booking us the venue and organisers agree to our terms of performance and indemnify us against any such losses.


Public Liability

It is the bookers responsibility to arrange public liability insurance with the venue and by booking Vic Poole the booker agrees to indemnify or to arrange the venue to indemnify Vic Poole against any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to any third party or property.

Band Members

From time to time band members may change without notice subject to availability and other commitments. We will always endeavour to substitute other alternative high quality jazz musicians.
